In the 1970’s, Chad Hatcher bought Sheffield Realty and later became part of the Century 21 franchise. In the 1980’s, the Cornerstone name was added to the company and has been a force in the local real estate and appraisal industry ever since.
In 1999, Glenn Ewald joined the team as a realtor and appraiser. As of 2011, Glenn has since purchased the company and has taken the helm as Owner/Broker. We are anxious to continue our quality service to the Bluefield area and look forward to some new and exciting changes!
Our appraisal office services both West Virginia and Virginia, covering 16 counties. We are licensed to sell and list real estate in both Virginia and West Virginia!
